I desire to participate in animal interactive/encounter activities with live animals at Rooftop Reindeer, LLC, which may include being in physical contact with live animals and live animals’ dietary items. I understand that there are unique risks and inherent dangers associated with encountering live animals, participating in outdoor activities in cold, icy, and snowy weather conditions, and variable ground and surface conditions found on a farm.


In consideration of allowing me to participate in such activity and to enter onto the farm, I hereby voluntarily waive, for myself, my heirs, and my estate, any and all claims I have or may have in the future for damages or personal injury that may occur, including, but not limited to, illness, disability, disfigurement, death, property damage or loss to my person or property, which arise from or is connected in any way, directly or indirectly, with my entry onto the farm and/or interaction with live animals.


I acknowledge and accept responsibility for each person in my party under the age of 18, and agree to accompany, in my physical presence, at all times, those persons in my party under the age of 18 years. I consent to the use of my name, image, and likeness being used in film, photo, and other media applications, without compensation, in the advertising and promotion of Rooftop Reindeer, LLC. Failure to follow all instructions and direction of Rooftop Reindeer, LLC employees, and agents, for the safety of the animals and guests, may result in my removal from the property without reimbursement


I have read and understood this release in connection with the activity, I recognize the risk inherent in or potentially associated with my participation in this activity, and I release and agree to hold harmless, Rooftop Reinder, LLC, its directors, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, from any and all liability or causes of action of any nature whatsoever that I may have in connection with the foregoing activities. I hereby assume the risk of all dangerous conditions associated with or attributable to Rooftop Reindeer, the animals, and otherwise, in or about the property.
